Not only does it supports your neck and keeps your head elevated for a good, restful sleep during your flight, its unique chin support actually prevents your head from falling forward while sleeping!
Although you can also use it at home especially while reading in bed, I find it most useful for travelers as you can compress it down to a smaller size than most regular 'U' shaped pillows, making it easy to carry anywhere.
