Loosely translated as 'Descending Dragon', Halong Bay looks like the stuff of legends! It is made up of thousands of limestone islets that seem to rise from the emerald waters.

Taking a boat cruise is the perfect way to enjoy the spectacular and breathtaking beauty that Halong Bay has to offer. You can even stay overnight at the boat for a unique experience!

Besides the cruise, you can also go kayaking and cave-exploring. The best time to visit is during the months of January to March when the weather is cool and drizzly. However it can be quite foggy and visibility might be low at these times, although this adds an ethereal air to Halong Bay, making it even more enchanting.
